The costs of the ordered services on the issued invoice are indicated in accordance with the applicable legislation. Account modification, issuance of a new invoice is only possible until the end of the conference, no later than 12 June, 2021.
After this date, it is no longer possible to change the order or the invoice.
If we do not receive the payment by 10 May, 2021 for face to face registration or by 6 June, 2021 for online registration, the requested services and registration will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding!
The costs of the ordered services are indicated separately on the invoice in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, indicating the relayed services re-invoiced in the same form.
Modification, cancellation conditions
Free modification or cancellation is possible until 10 June, 2021, after which the penalty is 100%. Invoice modification fee before the event: 2500 HUF+TAX. After the event, only the formal modification of the invoice is possible, the fee is: 4000 HUF+TAX.
The participant/customer declares that he/she is aware that STAND-ART Event Management Ltd. provides services related to the organization of the event with the involvement of other parties and as an intermediary.
By applying, I consent to the making of photographs, video and audio redordings made for the purpose and documentation of the event, and to their use/publication on professional portals during the communication of the project.
I also consent that my contact information will be forwarded to the CEDA office, which may contact me for information related CEDA.
I, the undersigned, certify that I have read, understood and agreed to the GTC on the website of STAND-ART Event Management Ltd. I understand and agree that Stand-Art Ltd., handles the data provided by me according to these documents.
In accordance with the 2006:XCVIII. law (On the general rules for the safe and economical supply of medicines and medical aids and the distribution of medicines): “In-kind support may only cover expenses (travel costs, accommodation costs, participation fees) directly related to the participation in events.”
