The participation fee does not include any insurance, and the organisers cannot be held liable for any personal or material damage occurring during the event.

After 18 August 2025, no cancellation of registration and no refund of the registration fee will be possible.



The registration fee includes: a badge, a conference folder with conference materials, lunch on all two days of the congress, coffee 
breaks, a dinner, admission to all sections and lectures and the current VAT amount.  
The  registration fee includes the cost of meals for €60/2 days.  
The registration fee for meals will be indicated separately on the invoice. 

MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
You can modify or cancel your registration free of charge until 18 August 2025, after which fees will be charged due to our penalty contracts. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions which can be found on our website. Final invoices issued after the event may be cancelled at the Participant's/Awardee's request and a new invoice issued upon payment by the Participant/Awardee of the applicable self-revision fee. The cancellation of an invoice without reimbursement and the issuing of a new invoice shall be possible only in the case of invoices issued due to an administrative error by the Service Provider.

INVOICING
The costs of the services ordered will be indicated on the invoice issued in accordance with the legislation in force. The catering content of participation fees will be shown as a separate item on the invoice. Invoices may be amended and new invoices issued until the end of the conference, but no later than 19 September 2025. After this date, no changes can be made to the order or the invoice issued.
The participant/customer has declared in his/her application that he/she is aware that STAND-ART Event Management Ltd. provides services related to the organisation of the event as an intermediary with the involvement of additional parties.

DECLARATION
By registering, I agree to the taking of photographs, video and audio recordings for the purpose of the event and its documentation, and to their use/appearance on professional portals and in the communication of the project.

I have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy on the website of Stand-Art Event Management Ltd. (https://stand-art.hu), and I agree that Stand-Art Ltd. may process the data I have provided in accordance with these documents. If you do NOT consent to the processing of your data, your registration will not be processed and will be considered invalid.

In accordance with the Act XCVIII of 2006 (General Rules for the Safe and Economical Supply of Medicines and Medical Devices and for the Distribution of Medicines), "Support in kind may only be used to cover expenses (travel, accommodation, participation fees) directly related to participation in events."
