Registration fees include: coffee breaks, dinners, cold lunch packs, badge, conference bag with congress materials, admission to all sessions, lectures, sponsorship exhibition, and includes VAT at the applicable rate.
The total registration fee includes the cost of meals: 10.000 HUF/day. The corresponding registration fee also includes a 72-hour public transport ticket to Szeged.
The daily fee includes the consumption of coffee break on the day, cold lunch pack, badge, conference bag with congress materials, admission to all sessions, lectures, sponsorship exhibition on the day and VAT at the applicable rate. The daily fee includes the cost of meals: 6.000 HUF/day.
The cost of meals for registration fees will be indicated as a separate item on the invoice.

CONDITIONS FOR CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration can be changed or cancelled free of charge until 08 August 2022, after which fees will be invoiced due to our contracts with penalty fees. Final invoices issued after the event may be cancelled at the request of the Participant/Awardee and a new invoice issued upon payment by the Participant/Awardee of the applicable self-revision fee. The cancellation of an invoice without reimbursement and the issuing of a new invoice shall be possible only in the case of invoices issued due to an administrative error by the Service Provider.

SUBSCRIPTION
The costs of the services ordered will be indicated on the invoice issued in accordance with the legislation in force. The meal content of participation fees will be shown as a separate item on the invoice. Invoices may be amended or a new invoice issued until the end of the conference, but no later than 11 September 2022. After this date, no changes can be made to the order and the invoice issued. If payment of your registration fee is not received in our bank account by 08 August 2022, the services requested and your registration will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding!
The participant/customer has declared in his/her registration that he/she is aware that STAND-ART Event Management Ltd. provides services related to the organisation of the event as an intermediary with the involvement of additional parties.

LIABILITY AND OTHER INSURANCE
The published participation fee for the event does not include accident, sickness, baggage and liability insurance, so the organisers are unable to accept any liability or compensation in the event of the occurrence of the above events.

PUBLICATION
By registering, I agree to the taking of photographs, video and audio recordings for the purpose of the event and its documentation, and to their use/appearance on professional portals and in the communication of the project.

(https://stand-art.hu), and I agree that Stand-Art Ltd. may process the data I have provided in accordance with these documents. If you do NOT consent to the processing of your data, your registration will not be processed and will be considered invalid.

In accordance with Act XCVIII of 2006 (General Rules on the Safe and Economical Supply of Medicines and Medical Devices and on the Distribution of Medicines), "Support in kind may only be used to cover expenses (travel, accommodation, participation fees) directly related to participation in events."

ACCREDITATION
The event will be attended by a diabetologist, general practitioner, internist, paediatrician, cardiologist, nephrologist, neurologist, ophthalmologist, surgeon, vascular surgeon, obstetrician-gynaecologist, urologist, anaesthetist and intensive care specialist,
oximology, rheumatology and rehabilitation specialists and nurses. The congress is in the process of being accredited.
